I'm trying to tell how much the food they're eating has to do with this conversation. In fact Im even wondering just how alien these guys are to the place of if they're only outsiders to the town. Sounds like the "Tainted" might be getting used for something really horrid to do with the food. So these Avalonians have done something here and these two know how to undo it but they're worried that it might have devastating effects on the place if they do... I wonder where Emily fits into all this. I guess her fate has been set on some path or another. Gain the Universe, Loose everything.
